Still Waters Counselling

Deciding to see a counsellor shows a certain strength and resolve to start to feel more in control of your life. An event or perhaps a number of events may cause a build up of stress and pent up emotions.

Counselling will help you to ‘unpack’ emotional baggage that you may well have been carrying within you for many years.

If you are unsure as to how to find the right help in your location, we network with other organizations and would be pleased to help you to find the right way forward.
